Hey guys!
How are you doing? I hope better than me, haha.

Obligatory health update: I'm still not entirely rid of that nasty bronchitis. The good thing is that I currently don't have the typical flu symptoms like coughs or a running nose. My head is also comparably clear so that I could finally continue to work on my university paper. (My prof still hasn't answered to my e-mails though. :C)
Anyway, the bad news it that the inflammation is still there and it's fucking badly with my asthma. Breathing is currently much harder and I have to carefully manage my meds. If this shit wasn't already bad enough I'm suffering from the side effects of the formoterol (I'm taking a combination of budesonide/formoterol to manage my asthma). Usually I don't have any problems with it but due to the bronchitis I had to take more than usual and now I'm suffering form an accelerated heartbeat and trembling. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUU D:<
So, at the moment I'm left with choosing between having trouble to breathe and being a nervous wrack! Hooray!
Needless to say that it's kinda hard to hold a pencil with shaking hands. Art has to wait a bit more... Sorry.
In the light of recent events...
Some of you might have heard about a "hacker" running around dA and deactivating accounts. As far as I can tell this is going on for about a month now.
I wanted to write a bigass journal about it but there's already a nicely written news article that sums up my thoughts quite well:
[link]In short, make sure you close possible security holes on your side of the screen. Keep your eyes open so that you can react immediately if someone is messing with your dA (login is weird, you suddenly have a different e-mail address, stuff like that) or regular e-mail. There've been tries to hijack accounts that could be prevented cause the deviants reacted fast and didn't shrug it off as "meh, dA won't let me login, whatevs".
Last but not least, I personally find the way the dA staff handles the whole situation - again! - very disappointing. It's Victim Blaming 101 and certainly not what I would call "Customer Service". Will they ever learn? D:
I just hope all of you and your accounts are fine and that you hopefully won't have to deal with this shit.

Pants are an illusion... and so is death!
Yes, the way DA is handling the hacking problem is not very friendly or good. :\
I also saw about the account hacking, first when it happened to `bri-chan I doubt my tiny account is in any danger, but I hope more people won't fall pray to this.
Bri-chan got hacked again today and apparently is locked out of her account right now. D:
There were also a lot of "small" deviants that were affected, so Idk. But unless you've made yourself some enemies online I also doubt that you'd become a target. At least I hope so.
And heh, I don't think I've made any enemies...no hardcore ones, at least
All this hacking going on makes me feel very vulnerable and glad I am not popular... But still the feeling of violation is far reaching. Why are there people out there who would do this for the fun of it?!
I know! It's scary. D:
