I know some of you are still following the contest and curious what's currently going on.
Besides that I also added some information about the contest and everything for those who never heard of it but want to know more.

About the Contest

[link]Deviant Idol is a contest hosted by `
touchedvenus started in August 2007.
The idea is to chose one of your very own characters and compete against others. There's a different theme each round were you can showcase your character.
Like in American Idol (and its clones all over the world) the first part - the audition - was judged by the jury while all the other parts will be judged by your voting!
For the contest I've chosen Romin, one of the minor major characters of my story-in-progress.
Since the contest started I got my teeth into character development. In review the short descriptions here at dA are just scratching the surface of what I've got in my mind by now. By now he has a past filled with lots of memories and anecdotes, family and friends, and a very detailed personality. If I wouldn't know it better it's like he's a real person. And it all started with the simple thought that my main character somehow needed a friend...
